May 31, 2014 Panama City, FL We are snug in our new home, for 4 nights, in Deer Haven Park. The drive here was supposed to be simple and although a mite longer than some of our others not a big deal. We always google our route the night before and print the determined path out, then we enter the destination in the new Nuvi, this is the second time the two trips diverged at certain crossroads. We usually follow the Google directions and again this time we were sorry. Not that the directions were in anyway faulty; it's just that we wound up in lots of traffic, with narrow roads and slow going. Then of course there's the blown tire; changing it on the side of the road in traffic! WE are not as young as we once were!

Bosco canceled his dive plans; saying it's never good to go exhausted. Will reschedule. Today will be spent finding a new tire. The one that blew is one of the two new tires we bought in Wickenburg. Bosco says that trailer tires have no warranty- we'll have to check that out. On the good side we heard it POP and were able to pull to a stop in a left turn lane to a small beach parking space so we weren't in anyone's way. A very kind gentleman named Mark stopped to help just when Bosco was wondering how he was going to load the damaged tire in the truck. He was great help sent at just the right time. Bosco says he has to replace the fabric and plastic under the trailer and put the what's left of the wheelwell back on. What a chore!
