Reef Diving at Key Largo, FL

6/15/2014  Went diving again on Fathers Day. I have such a wonderful wife!! Went out with Sailfish Scuba this time--the other company did not have room and they recommended them--pretty nice of them. We did two dives on the reefs east and south of Key Largo. Five divers with me and the dive master. It was really easy diving, max depth of 30'--the only down side is that there was a lot of surge which made this harder than the deep dive.

The boat was so small that we had to gear up individually. The boat captain is in the background and the dive master is shooting pics. The swim through was fun and good experience for small spaces. I sure have fun!! Sailfish was a little more expensive, but they always have small dive groups.

Nice people, good crew, great time. People kept asking "How was your dives?" I say "How can it be bad-I went down and came up on my own!! That's a great dive--everything else is just cream." The shop had a shirt with a caption "Diving is life--everything else is just surface interval!" Dive humor, but I understand!!
