May 23, 2014 Well, we have arrived; we're in Mississippi! We are staying here at Shepard State Park, May 23, 24, 25 leaving the 26th. So Bosco will turn 66 in Mississippi. He's been off talking about diving somewhere around here. I elected to stay and rest. We haven't been doing a lot of that on this trip.

We thought we'd take a bike ride and the sand, pine needles, tree limbs and assorted rocks convinced us to stay on the gravel roads. Whew, the 2.1 miles we rode were more work than yesterdays 11.5.
The club we danced with last night was the Y-Knots in Hammond, LA. I had their name a mite wrong on yesterdays post. We had a great time dancing. When don't we??? We had to stop at Sonic on the way back to the trailer; have to keep our strength up and besides the poodle wouldn't let us pass it up shakes are 1/2 price after 8 PM.
